We’re a two person operation. We’re not travel agents, we’re not a media company, and we’re not affiliated with Disney.
We built a spreadsheet because the ones we could find didn’t do the math. Most of them are printable checklists. Ours calculates.
Here’s what that means in practice. The cost tab takes your party size, your dates and your nights, and works out a total, a cost per person and a cost per day. Tickets break out by adult and child. Rooms calculate by night. Dining pulls through from the reservations tab, so you’re not entering the same meal twice. Non-restaurant food is its own line, split across breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, because that’s the number people forget.
There are twelve tabs in total. A planning checklist ordered by how far out you are, at 180 days, 90, 60 and 30. Park hours. Room and dining reservations. A resort list and a restaurant list. A packing list that tracks what’s per person, what’s per family, and what goes in a carry-on versus a checked bag.
We give it away. Tell us where to send it and it’s yours.
